DC 6-50V 3-Phase Brushless Motor Controller (NO Hall) PWM PLC

Compact 3-phase brushless (sensorless) driver for high-speed DC motors. Supports on-board knob, 0–5 V analog, or 0–5 V PWM speed control (PLC-friendly). Built-in blocking and over-temperature protection.

1. Power: Connect a fused DC supply (6–50 V) to VCC/GND.

2. Motor: Connect the 3 motor leads to MA/MB/MC (order affects direction).

3. Direction: Use F/R to reverse.

4. Speed:

   • Use the on-board pot, or feed 0–5 V analog, or 0–5 V PWM into VR.

5. Tach: Read SC pulse output if needed.

6. Brake: Apply BRK to stop quickly (observe thermal limits).

• Fuse required on the input—board has no internal fuse.

• Start testing at low voltage/current, then increase after verifying wiring.

• Never short motor outputs; high current can damage traces/components.

• Use a motor whose voltage/current ratings match the driver.

• Because this is a bare PCB, mount in an insulated enclosure and maintain clearances.

• Ensure wiring insulation; do not allow high-voltage leads to touch components.
